A WV Paving employee came across a human skull while scavenging through a roadside dump for mason jars..Jane Doe was found on May 9, 2001.. The skeletal remains of the victim were scattered in a steep ravine one mile west of Route 60 from the I-64 Alta Exit. The area the remains were scattered was approximately the size of a football field.
