David E Penton was convicted of killing his own Child by shaking him to Death..The Judge issued an Appeal Bond so Penton could be released until he was Sentenced...It was during this time Penton went on the run across country killing Children...Going from Texas to Ohio & back to Texas taking a different route each time..
