Jane Doe was located on 6-16-1987 in Toledo Ohio, near Interstate 75...


Jane Doe's burning body was found in an alley near Detroit Avenue and Collingwood Boulevard..


The woman was wrapped in a tan tweed carpet & a pool cover..


Jane Doe was thrown into a bunch of weeds behind an abandoned auto body shop & doused with gasoline...


A passing motorist found her body which was charred and decomposed beyond recognition...

Estimated Age : 25-40 years old


Jane Doe was located at the rear of the Pilot Travel Center at I-70 and Route 37 in Licking County...


An autopsy revealed that she had engaged in sexual activity not long before she was killed...


Police believe she may have frequented truck stops...


In March 1991, the Ohio attorney general's office set up a task force to investigate slayings of at least 11 women...


Whose bodies had been dumped along highways in four states, including Ohio, between 1985 and 1990...


Authorities said most of the slain women were known or suspected prostitutes who frequented truck stops...


She was buried on June 18, 1990 in Spring Grove Cemetery at the county's expense...

Jane Doe was discovered on 10-10-1973 in Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, Pennsylvania..

State of Remains : Not recognizable - Decomposing/putrefaction up


Cause of Death: Undetermined


Estimated Age: 12-20 years old; most likely 16-20 years old...


The victim's decomposing remains were discovered by Lebanon County deputy game protectors in a wooded area off Moonshine Road, or Route 443...


The remains were not buried but covered with tree branches, brush and a 48"x32.5" piece of green plastic...


During the time of the discovery, four girls were reported missing from the area..


All have been located...


Investigators are looking at the possibility that the victim may have been from out of the area...

Cause of Death : Blunt force trauma to right side of skull..


Estimated Age : 15-40 years old


Jane Doe was found lying face down in a stream bed by Road 535 in a remote area of Monroe Township by teenagers who were crossing under a railroad trestle looking for berries...


They observed something lying in the stream which they thought was a deer, but upon further examination discovered it was a body...


The area is approximately three miles south of I-80 and is not a well-traveled road...


Authorities are convinced there are individuals in Clarion County who had contact with the woman and can help state police identify her and her killer...


They do not believe Jane Doe is from the county or the immediate area, but believe she was brought to the area by a local individual...


They also believe Jane Doe was in Clarion County at most a month, before she was killed...


In the summer of 2002, authorities received an anonymous letter about the girl..


Law Enforcement put out a plea, asking the author of letter contact them again, but the writer never responded...


She has been nicknamed "Penny Doe." ..
