The Victim was located in Spokane River Washington on 6-20-1984..

Jane Doe's Estimated Age : 16-30 years old

Jane Doe was found nude..

Dismembered partial remains were located on the south bank of the Spokane River west of the T.J. Meenach Bridge...

Jane Doe's head had been removed...

Jane Doe's arms were dismembered at the midpoint of both wrists & the legs at the mid calf level...

Her hands and feet were never recovered...

On 4-19-1998 a skull was found on a vacant lot at 7th Avenue & Sherman Street in Spokane...

The skull was determined through DNA & tool markings to belong to the victim...

Jane Doe committed suicide in Seattle Washington...

Jane Doe checked in to a room at Seattle's Hotel Vintage Park on 10-9-1996 under the name Mary Anderson...

The hotel staff entered the room & found her deceased...

She had taken cyanide...

Investigators found a note :

To Whom It May Concern.

I have decided to end my life and no one is responsible for my death.

Mary Anderson.

P. S. I have no relatives. You can use my body as you choose..
