Missing 24 Year Old : Janis Kay Sanders

White Female

Missing since 7-20-1975 from Niles Michigan..

Janice Sanders was last seen leaving her job during the late evening hours of 7-20-1975..

The last person to have seen Janice Sanders alive was her estranged boyfriend with whom she had just broken off the relationship...

On 8-5-1975 a vehicle registered to Janice Sanders was located in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn in Niles Michigan...

Missing 30 Year Old : Diane Faye Chorba

White Female

Diane Faye Chorba was last seen on 5-24-1979 in Lake County Michigan..

The 30 year old Chorba was reported missing by relatives on 7-20-1979..

Chorba left behind two children & was 6 months pergnant at the time she vanished without a trace..

Diane Chorba was seeing a married man named Clarence Oliver Bean Jr. also known as Ollie...

The 30 year old Chobra already had a young son by Clarence Oliver Bean Jr. and was pregnant with another of his children..

Diane Chorba also had a teenage daughter...

Police questioned Clarence Bean Jr who was involved with Chorba...

When police interviewed Ollie, he stated Chorba was going to go to California with an unidentified woman...

They took Flight 191 out of Chicago, Illinois on May 25, 1979..

The plane crashed while leaving O'Hare Airport in Chicago, killing all 271 passengers and crew, as well as two people on the ground. It was one of the worst air disasters in U.S. history...

Chorba's family hired an attorney to help find her body among the victims, but the coroner investigating the crash said she wasn't on the plane...

In May 1980, before authorities could give Ollie Bean a polygraph test to prove his story, he moved to Oregon with his family, including his and Chorba's son...

Bean was interviewed by Law-Enforcement in Oregon but Ollie Bean provided no more information as to Chorba's whereabouts...

Clarence Bean, Jr. his wife, Judy, eventually divorced after a 32-year marriage...

Judy stated Ollie was abusive & had openly flaunted his relationship with Diane Chorba...

In spite of, this the two women were friendly with each other & it was Judy who took care of Chorba's children in the immediate aftermath of her disappearance...

In 1999, Judy told investigators her husband had shot Diane Chorba to death...

On May 24, 1979, Ollie had driven Judy to show to her Chorba's grave at the end of a remote road in the woods near Bristol, Michigan...

Ollie Bean had cut down a large tree to conceal the burial site & buried her face-down after removing her jewelry...

Clarence Oliver Bean, 56, has been arrested and charged with murder in the disappearance of his “mistress” of 22 years ago..

The Oregon State Police made an arrest in connection with a murder committed almost 22 years ago in another state...

Clarence Oliver Bean, 56, was arrested by state police detectives at his home in Mayville Oregon a after a murder warrant naming Bean was issued by a grand jury in Michigan earlier that day...

Judy Bean his ex-wife testified against her ex-husband at the trial...

A forensic pathologist also testified stating all the victims of of the Flight 191 crash had been identified and the 30 year old Chorba was not one of them...

Ollie Bean maintained Chorba had still gone to California..

Even if Chorba was not on Flight 191 she went to California & when he last saw her she was safe and well...

Ollie Bean was convicted of second-degree murder in August 2001...

30 year old Diane Chorba has never been found...

But foul play is suspected due to the circumstances involved...

White Female

King went Missing on 9-16-1979 from Warren Michigan...

Kimberly Alice King was last seen crossing the street to use a telephone in Warren Michigan..
