14 Year Old Aundria M Bowman Found Deceased

Born : Alexis Miranda Badger A.KA. Aundria M Bowman

She went Missin on 3-11-1989..

She was Adopted as an infant, Bowman was raised by her adoptive father, Dennis Bowman...

In early February 2020,.

it was reported the Dennis Bowman, incarcerated while pending trial for the murder of Kathleen Doyle, confessed to police that he had murdered his adopted daughter, Aundria...

Several days later..

It was announced that skeletal remains had been recovered at 200 block of 136th Avenue of Monterey Township (near the home of Bowman) in Allegany County,[concealed by a thin layer of cement...

On February 9, 2020, Dennis Bowman was extradited to Virginia to face charges in Doyle's murder..

.

It was confirmed via DNA that the remains were in fact Aundria Bowman...

On May 15, 2020, Dennis Bowman was charged with the murder of Aundria Bowman...

As a young Adult I had met 3 Brothers & their Families from California who had moved to Indiana to work at a Chrysler Transmission Plant because the one in California had shut down..

That was in summer of 1974..

We all hung out together with our kids--cook outs--fishing & taking care of some live-stock..

Then came November 1977 & I was touched by Murder..

Being just 22 years old it rocked my whole foundation of Life..

One of the Brother's become my Foreman at Chrysler Transmission & we worked afternoon shift..

At around 9:19pm the Police arrived at Chrysler & asked if he knew where his Wife was ?

Well my Friend shut down & told them he would only speak with them if I was in the Room because at the time I was taking legal course's..

I drove my Friend to the Police Station & while I was in the room he told Police that his wife was at a steak house having drinks until we get off work at mid-night...

I was my Friends witness that was indeed our plans..

The Police questioned my Friend for about 8 hours when they came out & said :

That my Friends Wife left the Steak House for some reason & she hasn't been seen but her car was still in the Resturant's parking lot..

Three days later the Wife of my Friend Dead Body was found in a small pocket of woods..

There was an arrest a few days later...

I was asked by the Family to keep a written record of the Court Hearings which I did..

The Perp pleaded Not Guilty & I was there every day the case was in court..

Facts :

The guy pulled out his car's back-seat..

My Friends Wife comes out the Restaurant Door when a guy asked her if she wanted some candy ?

She declined & he turned stabbing her in the Heart with a steak knife from the restaurant..

The Perp then threw her in the back of his car & with the seat gone you couldn't see anything in the dark..

The whacked out Perp had her Body for 3 days in the back of the car driving rural country roads until he dumped Her Body..

I wont go into detail what the Perp did for those 3 days--pure evil...

The details weren't lost on me but effected me to meeting in court such an evil animal..

It was Torture to a Dead Body & some of the details was something out of a real NightMare..

I studied him because I never thought I would ever see such evil again..

That might have been when I lost my bearings knowing this Sweet Friend-Wife & Mother will be gone before our eyes from this day forword...

When the sicko was convicted at his sentencing he had Doctor's statements saying during birth the Perp was dropped on his head..

That he wasn't responsible for his actions..

They gave him Life Without Parole & he did die in Prison..

I believe this put me in more touch with mysteries just by knowing the Victim & all the details..

Once you draw a picture in your mind with the detailed words its very hard to erase..

In such Cases its easy to see why some people just want a few minutes with the Perp..

The more I watch Discovery I.D. I see several Cases where if the Female in the Relationship would have walked away there might have been a chance they would still be alive..

Granted even just by walking away from a Relationship the Female might Not be safe because the Male is aggressive,combative,& mentally aggressive..

We all know 99 out of 100 Protective Orders don't work or slow down the aggressive Male & sometimes it makes things worse..

I have seen Protective Order’s issued & the Female becomes a Homicide Victim..

When there are no other avenues to follow the Female has to become 007 making her movements hard to follow..

Change all the Habit’s she had during the Relationship...

Ladies use your reasoning & you will find away to leave the Relationship to where your Safe..

Trust someone that will help you to do this..

1 slap-is to many..

1 hit --is to many..

1 kick--is to many..

1 thrown object--is to many..

1 demeaning name--is to many..

Bodies found on suspected serial killer's land identified : Two bodies found on the rural property of a South Carolina man linked to five other deaths...

Todd Kohlhepp as a teen was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Arizona for binding & raping a 14-year-old neighbor at gunpoint... He was Released in 2001..

Carl "Charlie" Brandt  : While growing up in Indiana the 13 year old Brandt had shot his parents – his pregnant mother fatally – in 1971...

Carl "Charlie" Brandt spent one year at a psychiatric hospital before being released & was never criminally charged..

Brandt's Father & Sister survived the attack..

The Indiana Courts made the Father take Charlie & move out of state--They settled in Florida..

On 9-15-2004 Charlies Brandt was found hanging from the rafters of the garage & inside the home was Brandt's wife & niece dead--Charlie being the guilty one..

Carl "Charlie" Brandt : The search led to twenty-six unsolved murders in Florida going back to 1973, the year Brandt moved to the state..

Some cold cases have since been positively ascribed to Brandt by the authorities...

Brandt had a job with a software company & he traveled the east coast & some of these area's were targeted by one of the Connecticut River Valley Serial Killers..

When are Judges going to learn that these young offenders doing these types of crime are never going to change & we aren't talking about petty crimes...

Then you have these people say its unjust to give them Life in Prison because of their Age..

Did these Judges actually believe as they get older they grow out of this type of behavior ?

In these two sample cases shows the Judges were not protecting the Public & or even thought about..

You Judges set two Monsters free to carry on right were they left off..

These two case samples is reality & truth when you Release young offenders after doing such crimes--they all continue to Abduct-Rape & Kill...

The time needed to drive from the Smith’s house to the center, in good weather, was established at between 15 and 21 minutes...

Denise Deal, who was at the Youth Center’s front desk, insisted that the Smiths arrived there at 4:15 p.m...

Valerie Branch, another employee, said she thought it might have been closer to 4:30 p.m...

As we have said its open season on our Children & the Courts keep letting these monster out to do it all over again..

The story below is just sickening !!!!!!!

It seems that New Jersey needs to change there LAWS when it come to Child Porn...

These guys can only get 3 to 5 years or 5 to 10 years for one charge...

Granted they could get 5 years or 10 years for each charge & the Judge can stack the time up separately...

But most Judges don't stack the time so the monster is released..

What Mja is saying for just one charge the sentences need to a lot stiffer instead of 3 to 5 years or 5 to 10 years..

NJ needs to adopt a law that a lot of states has put into effect & that is any Child under 14 years of age is molested or raped its Life With-Out a chance of Parole..

These guys raped infants & toddlers on video & only get 5 to 10 years but yet if they had raped a women over 18 years old the sentence is 10 to 25 years..

It just doesn't make any sense at all !!!

If you rape a Child you get less time & to Mja the State Of NJ are saying our Children Lives isn't as important as an Adult..

So once again here is a state that doesn't protect our Children..

Just like Louisiana tried to give a Repeat Child Rapist the Death Sentence but the US Supreme Court said they couldn't do that because the Child Rapist didn't kill the Child..

Well big deal--there is no cure for this guy..

Why take a chance of him getting Paroled to do it all over again & in his next act he could kill a Child when the State could have stopped him by keeping him in Prison..

Being Investigators we cant come out & say publicly what we would like to do to these Evil Monsters..

But we can say this : Life in prison is way to good for these Monsters...

They need to suffer everyday & we mean sending them to the Prison Hospital every day & make these Monsters feel the pain..

What we wouldn't give to be able to do that & we would have NO--REGRETS...

These monsters aren't HUMAN--they are savage Animals with no cure..

What we can say is put these Monsters in a regular Prison & let the other Inmates know what these Monster are in there for & let Nature take its course...

That's Justice by their peers { so to speak }not 3 to 5 years or 5 to 10 years that's an insult to the Victim & to the Victims Family..

People Wonder why Mja has to blog attack certain Police Agencies & Detectives & Prosecutors & the Justice System..

People must understand most of our Cases are Cold-Cases & there is no active investigation into about 90 percent of those Cases...

But when Mja gets involved on behalf of the Victims Family you have some Police Agencies say :

That we can be Jailed for interfering with a Police Investigation..

When there is no active Police Investigation..

Mja has even had Police Agencies saying they were going to jail our client--A Victims Family Member...

Police Agencies has even told some of our Clients :

That if they didn't get rid of Mja they were going to put their Loved Ones case back on the shelf & let it collect dust...

Really is that the way you handle the Family of the Victim when all they want is answer's ????

These Police Agencies cant say it didn't happen because we have multiple witnesses..

But yet Mja has been labeled by some Poilce Agencies as " Trouble Makers "...

Its not our fault that when we turn over a Report & that Report leads to the mistakes made by Police during the Investigation...

All we ask :

Is for them to correct as many of the mistakes they can & move forword...

In certain States & Counties they are breaking Federal law concerning The Freedom Of Information Act by not providing the files legally requested when there is No sound reason why they cant..

In certain States & Counties they don't follow Federal Guide-Lines concerning a Death Investigations...

Reading Autopsy Reports where the M.E. would put question marks on the report..

That concerns certain injuries & requested the Investigators contact him...

But the Investigators never contact him..

Because of that 7 out of 10 cases might be ruled as the cause of Death being : Uncertain

Mja is not down on all Law-Enforcement we work with a lot of Police Agencies...

The Things Mja pointed out is because the people involved didn't do their JOB'S & some think they are above the Law..

That's not our fault...

The Police is to " Protect & Serve " & you got some that just don't care...

Mja says stop wasting energy saying your going to take us to Jail or our clients...

Take that energy & put it into the Case...

Mja says why should the Police make Mja an issue-- when the solving the Case should be the issue...

In the late 1930's a Home in Tennessee opened up for Orphan's....

The years pasted & sometime in the 1970's the Den-Mother of the Home hooked up with a Judge...

The Judge became the middle-man in getting the Home to become a State Adoption Agency..

Soon the Judge was directing clients to the Home to Adopt a Child & the Judge took care of the legal documents in his court..

This led to the Den-Mother of the Home & the Judge making a Profit by arranging Adoptions...

To keep the income flowing the Judge in his court :

If you were convicted of a Felony & you had Children the Children were taken away & put into the Home..

In a lot of Cases these Children were adopted out..

It has even been said because of the Homes staff later on in the years could have been involved in Kidnapping small Children..

This went on until they were caught in the 1980's & the Tennessee Home was closed..

These People were literally selling children for a profit...

A Pennsylvania Judge was sentenced to 28 years for literally selling children to private prisons for a profit...

The Judge was jailing thousands of kids & adults to be sent to the private Prisons..

Some of the kids are as young as ten years old...

Around 4,000 convictions that were issued by the Judge between 2003 & 2008 have been overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court due to his violations of their constitutional rights...

Among the young people exploited by the Judge :

A 15-year-old Female who was sentenced to three months at a juvenile detention center for mocking an assistant principal on a MySpace page....

A 10 year-old Boy who was sent to a boot camp for two weekends after being accused of trespassing in a vacant building...

Another Pennsylvania Judge used his position to shut down the county-run juvenile detention center & redirect juvenile detainees to the private prisons...

There has been several Judges across the United States that will give a person in possession of weed 20 to 30 years..

But the same Judge will give a person on a Murder charge breaking it down to Man-Slaughter 7 to 21 years...

These same Judges have a record of giving light sentences to Child-Molesters leading them to become a multiple sex offender...

In some Cases it has led to Murdering the Child because the Pedifile doesn't want to return to Prison..

When the truth is this sex offender shouldn't have been walking our streets in the first place : They should have been in Prison...

When the 3 strikes law came into effect a Virginia Judge decided to test the Law...

A offender was convicted of petty theft..

But the Judge took it upon his self to hit the offender with a felony habital offender because he had several arrest for petty theft..

By the Judge making it a Felony & the offender had one conviction for petty theft & felony theft the 3 stikes law came into affect..

The Offender was sentenced to 37 years...

The petty theft that was turned into a felony was him stealing a 35 cent candy bar...

37 years for stealing a 35 cent candy bar...

It took the Virginia Supreme Court 9 years to over-turn the conviction...

Taking Gaints Steps Concerning Cold-Cases...

Due to good Police work from multiple Agencies..

Using high tec methods to collect Evidence & Volunteers that never gave up when leads came in several Cold-Case have been Solved..

Most of these Cases were to the point that no-one thought the Case would ever be solved...

It takes a village to bring some Cases to a close..

I remember a News Station sent Mja to Ny City concerning a sighting of a Missing Dancer...

The Strip-Club was around the corner from 42nd & Broadway..

We had a Photo of the Missing Person & the Reward Money being offered...

Mja question the Dancers that was working there when the sighting was to have taken place..

Leaving the Strip-Club we hit the pavement & was showing the Pic of the Missing Person on the street-in stores..

During this time on the street we ran into 4 gang-bangers as we were showing the pic & they let it be known that they were armed..

Thats when we pulled back our jackets & showed our guns were bigger than theirs..

We explained we wasn't there to report them or past crimes--Mja was only there to locate a Missing Person..

That's when the Gang-Bangers gave Mja two leads that were very helpful...

One lead was a nail salon where all the Dancers get their nails done..

Mja interviewed the employees of the nail salon..

One lead was one of gang-bangers Auntie who for 20 years ran a Parking Garage where all the Dancers in the area used...

Mja visitied the Parking Garage & Auntie asked to give her an hour & she would have the records if the Missing Person car ever parked her car there..

The leads led no-where but at least it ruled out the sighting of the Missing Person..

It takes a Village to solve a Cold-Case even though some of the Info Came from NY Gang-Bangers but they were very good leads..

Back in the 1980's one our staff members was a Deep Cover controled agent...

He worked his way into very high value targets ...

Thats when the deep cover agent was given a female partner..

She hung out for 2 years with the valued targets ladies..

The Info flowing in made another change in the under-cover operations..

It was decided that the deep cover agents would move in together as a couple..

The home was wired for sound & mini-cams...

The agents lived as a couple for 3 years...

Then one day while doing a drug deal, the dealers decided to keep the drugs & take the money..

Which was out of the blue when you had been dealing with these people for 5 years..

Two shooters killed his partner but she managed to sightly wound both shooters but got away..

The agents cover was not blown -- it was just greed --...

Then for a year our staff member had to still play his under-cover role..

He had to still rub elbows with the dealers he knew who killed his partner..

Until Grand -Juries & locations to arrest the suspects was ready so they could end this under-cover operation..

After the raids the 2 shooters were not found...

That is when the agent made a promise he would track down the killers at all cost..

Not only to seek Justice but his thinking was in such a state of losing his partner for 5 years haunted him..

All he kept hearing by his bosses the death of your partner has to be put behind you & move on forget about it it happens..

The agent did get the 2 shooters 3 years later & after all the cases where done in the courts he quit working for this under-cover agency..

Well yesterday he found a music video that fits the feelings he had after losing his partner..

Aliahna Lemmon Dead: Missing 9-Year-Old Indiana Girl's Body Discovered Family Friend Charged With Murder..

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A missing 9-year-old Indiana girl has been found dead and the family friend who was watching her before she disappeared was charged Monday night with murder, authorities said...

Allen County sheriff's spokesman Cpl. Jeremy Tinkel said investigators found the body of Aliahna Lemmon in the county,but he wouldn't say where.

He also said 39-year-old Mike Plumadore was "interviewed by police and taken into custody at 9 p.m.and charged with murder."

Plumadore, who had been watching Aliahna and her sisters before she was reported missing late Friday, is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday..

Earlier Monday, FBI agents descended on the rundown mobile home park in Fort Wayne where Aliahna lived..

It's a known haven for registered sex offenders, though Plumadore isn't on Indiana's registered sex offenders list..

He has a criminal record in Florida and North Carolina that includes convictions for trespassing and assault.

More than 100 emergency workers searched Saturday for Aliahna around the mobile home park,where she was last seen...

No active search was done Sunday for the girl, but search dogs and FBI agents were at the park and the girl's home on Monday.

According to a state website,15 registered sex offenders live at the mobile home park that numbers about two dozen homes...

Aliahna's mother, Tarah Souders, 28, told The Journal Gazette earlier Monday that her daughter had vision and hearing problems and suffered from attention deficit disorder and emotional problems..

Aliahna and her sisters were staying at a family friend's nearby home because their mother had been sick with the flu and Aliahna's stepfather works at night and sleeps during the day...

Plumadore told the newspaper Sunday that he left the three girls in his mobile home about 6 a.m.Friday and went to a gas station about a mile away to buy a cigar...

Authorities have said the store's surveillance video shows him there about that time."I had dead-bolted the door," he said. "When I got back, all the girls was here."

He said he smoked his cigar and went back to sleep, then woke up about 10 a.m. when Aliahna's mother called..

After that call, he realized the door to the home was unlocked and that Aliahna was gone...

He said Aliahna's 6-year-old sisters told him Aliahna had left with her mom...

Plumadore said it wasn't until he talked with Aliahna's mom about 8:30 p.m. that they realized she was missing and police were notified.

Tarah Souders said miscommunication between the two of them caused the delay in determining that Aliahna had vanished."She's never wandered off," Souders said..

"She's never done anything like this before."

The babysitter charged with killing a 9-year-old girl who disappeared from an Indiana trailer park dismembered her body and kept her head, feet and hands in his freezer, according to a police affidavit...

Michael Plumadore,39,shuffled into court today,manacled at this feet and hands...

He was ordered held without bail,police said..

He was escorted by two Allen County police officers...

There were additional officers in the courtroom for extra security...

He was jailed in the death of Aliahna Lemmon, 9,who disappeared from a Fort Wayne trailer park where she lived last week...

A police affidavit submitted to the court today stated that Plumadore "freely admitted"that in the "early morning hours" last Thursday,he struck Aliahna in the head multiple times with a brick "while she was standing on the front steps of his residence...

"Police Affidavit Contains Michael Plumadore' ConfessionHe put the girl's body in several trash bags and stuffed her in a freezer until nighttime came...

He worked pastmidnight dismembering Aliahna's body with a hack saw, the affidavit, obtained by ABC News,states...

He put the pieces in garbage gas and tossed them in a Dumpster of a nearby business,but kept her head, hands and feet in his freezer..

Plumadore did not tell police why he killed the young girl...

Plumadore,who had been babysitting Aliahna and her two sisters for a week because their mother was ill, initially told police that he has last seen Aliahna sleeping in his trailer on Friday..

But didn't alert police to her disappearance until Friday night because he believed she had gone home to her mother...

Allen County Sheriff Ken Fries said the girl's body was found after 9 p.m. Monday night.

According to the girl's relatives, Plumadore had been taking care of and living with Aliahna's grandfather, James E. Lemmon, until he died on Dec. 3, 2011,the AP reported..

Plumadore was living in the grandfather's trailer at the time of Aliahna's death...

"[Plumadore]was a trusted family friend," Aliahna's stepgrandfather,David Story, toldthe AP...

James Lemmon was 66 when he died, and had an extensive criminal record,including convictions for child molestation in 2006 and was a registered sex offender...

Plumadore was arrested after his third interview with police,Cpl. Jeremy Tinkel told ABCNews.com...

Fries said Plumadore has a criminal record in North Carolina and Florida. Plumadore's next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 30...

The tragic discovery came the same day that police announced that the FBI had joined the investigation and candlelight vigil was being held for Aliahna in Fort Wayne...

A page had been set up on Facebook for the missing girl called "Find Aliahna Marie Maroney Lemmon Missing from Fort Wayne, Indiana." On Sunday, the group posted, "Merry Christmas Aliahna where ever you are!

We won't give up on you!""No kid should be missing Christmas!" the post read...
