Wendy had just enrolled in the Barbizon School of Modeling & doing well in school..

Foul play is suspected. ..

When Paul Skiba & Lorenzo Chivers went to a moving job in Morrison, CO, and Paul's daughter tagged along....

When they weren't heard from for a week Paul's ex-wife & a friend went to the moving company lot in Westminster..

They found the moving truck parked with bullet holes, blood and a bloody piece of scalp...

A DNA test revealed that blood found in a moving van belonged to Paul & Sarah Skiba the scalp to Paul...

Chivers, who has also not been seen since....

Investigators learned that the truck had left the lot at about 20.00 & was returned about midnight...

Police theorize the three were killed at the lot and the truck was used to dispose of their bodies...

It was then driven back to the lot & parked. ..

No trace of the three has ever been found....

The 4 year old was last seen in Perdido Bay Alabama located in Baldwin County..

Around 9:45 a.m. while the family was preparing equipment for a fishing trip they realized Danny was gone...

The search for Danny started at the beach a few miles north of the U.S. 98 bridge into Florida..

Danny didn't like the water & there were no footprints leading into the bay...

The search included several hundred volunteers & emergency personnel..

The bloodhounds repeatedly tracked the boy's scent to the same spot on a nearby road...

The case remained open for years but no leads ever emerged...

In 2008, investigators began a new push to solve the case with the prevailing theory being that Danny was abducted...

Andrea's stepmother says she wrapped the body in plastic garbage bags that were tied to a concrete block with electrical cord...

Andrea's father confessed to throwing her body off the Mon Dye Bridge into the Upper Bear Creek Lake....

Two trash bags and a concrete block were located during the search for Andrea's body but she has never been found....

A jury convicted the stepmother of child abuse & she served time on a 10-year sentence until her release in 2001...

The father was released in 1997 after serving two years for manslaughter...

The neighbor's children arrived at the Fandels' home after school and inquired as to Scott and Amy's whereabouts...

The aunt learned that neither child had attended classes that day, nor had they spent the night at the neighbor's house...

She called the mother who immediately summoned the police...

Bullet casings were later found outside the cabin...

For almost a week hundreds of searchers - on foot--on horseback--via helicopter & using search dogs - scoured the rough terrain on the north side of the Catalina Mountains...

7 year old Karen Rosalba Grajeda a White/Hispanic Female disappeared on 1-11-1996 from Tucson Arizona located in Pima County..

Grajeda was last seen playing outside of her apartment complex on West Valencia Street in Tucson Arizona on 1-11-1996..

Karen's mother spoke no English & her father was in Mexico...

After coming home from Elvira Elementary the 7 year old spent the afternoon cleaning her room & playing Nintendo...

Grajeda then went out roller skating with her sister & her friends in the courtyard of the apartment...

At about 18.00, Karen brought her skates home & then went out to play again...

Her mother called her for dinner at 18.30..

Karen didn't answer...

The 7 year old was gone...

None of the other children still playing in the courtyard had seen anything. ..

There were no signs of a struggle-no one had heard a scream or seen a stranger in the area...

Karen's mother called the police...

Later, police & scores of volunteers combed the area & Karen's family held vigils, praying for her return home...

Detectives questioned known child molesters & pedophiles in the area & ound no leads...

There were three other little girls from the South side of Tuscon who'd been abducted & molested between July 1993 and May 1994...

In these earlier abductions the perpetrator had allowed the girls to escape...

But on 12-14-1999 another little Hispanic girl from the South side, six year old Esther Galaz, was kidnapped...

A day after Esther was abducted her body was found in a drainage ditch near her home...

The FBI believes these four abductions to be related to Karen's disappearance...

They continue to investigate cases of serial rape & murder of little Hispanic girls in the Southwestern United States...

14 year old Christina Marchell Richart a White Female went Missing with-out a trace on 6-1-1999 from Ozark Arkansas..

A federal indictment in 2008 accuses the aunt of killing Christina & alleges the woman's husband buried the girl's body in woods outside Ozark...

According to the indictment, Christina was living with her aunt & uncle in Ozark when she got into an argument with her aunt....

The indictment says the uncle dug a hole in woods outside Ozark & put his niece's body in it then returned home & burned her clothes..

The federal indictment charges the couple with making false statements to FBI agents investigating the disappearance of Christina Richart...

The teenager's body has not been found...

The couple entered not guilty pleas in the federal case...

7 year old Donna Lee Fowler a White Female went Missing with-out a trace on 11-10-1980 from Trinity California located in Trinity County..

Fowler was last seen on 11-10-1980 in Trinity California...

Donna was kept home from school that day and told her grandfather that she was going to run away. ..

She was last seen at 14.30 that day near the Joss House Historical Museum downtown & her mother reported her missing at 23.30...

Donna was not reported missing right away because she had "run away" before and had always gone to a friend's house...

There was an investigation that included a search with bloodhounds--hypnosis of two Redding men who thought they saw Donna & a reward raised by a local businessman but she was never found...

In August 2007 they dug up a well in Weaverville after getting a tip that Donna's remains had been placed in an old well in the area...

But no evidence of Donna was located there...

In December 2008 Wayne Harvey Smith confessed to killing Donna....

Smith lived near Donna's family in Weaverville & he knew them. Investigators long suspected that Smith was responsible for her disappearance. ..

They did not have the evidence to arrest Smith or to officially name him as a suspect at the time...

He left town shortly after the little girl vanished in November 1980...

Investigators spoke to Smith about the Donna Fowler case after his arrest in 1985 but he denied responsibility..

A break came when DNA linked Smith to a 1983 cold case in Los Angeles County...

In a December 2, 2008 interview, given as part of a plea deal to avoid the death penalty in the 1983 case Smith admitted to killing Donna on the day she went missing...

Smith stated that Donna came to his 'shack' & wouldn't leave...

Smith became angry & strangled Donna...

Smith stated he took Donna to the Weaverville landfill & placed her body there. ..

At the time the landfill was an open pit that residents threw their garbage in. ..

Because of the time elapsed & changes at the landfill over the last 28 years there will be no attempt to recover Donna's remains...

Donna's Mother was willing to allow a deal that had been made with Smith..

Since Smith was already serving time in prison and would never be released. ..

The missing person case has been reclassified as a homicide & the investigation has been closed...

Smith is serving life in prison without parole for another homicide...

9 year old Mitchel Salomon a White Male went Missing on 10-12-1982 from Northridge California Los Angeles County..

A suspect was arrested for the family's murders in August 1988...

The evidence against him was circumstantial...

The case ended in two mistrials before the suspect was acquitted of any involvement in July 1992...

The 13 year old was never seen or heard from again...

The Deriggis lived in a 1950s-era house on the 400 block of Northwest 112th Terrace..

It was across from an old dog-racing track & down the street from Barry University...

Lanny had started running away for brief spells...

Once he was found in Fort Lauderdale...

Another time his mother found him at the Barry field alone...

The 13 year old vanished during his family's vacation...

They were planning to drive to Disney World the next day...

The next morning his mother was sleeping when Lanny asked to go to Barry to play...

When he did not return his mother did not call the authorities right away as Lanny usually returned quickly...

A day or two passed before the Mother dialed Miami Shores police...

Officers found some of his belongings in the hedges of a nearby house...

They speculated he was meeting somebody...

Investigators interviewed neighborhood friends to no avail...

Hi, I'm listening to a podcast about a little boy who disappeared into thin air in Ontario, Canada, in June of 1972. Has Mja heard of this case? this is copied/pasted from websleuths.com (there is a photo but it didn't paste here):

Adrien McNaughton was with his family on a fishing trip in Holmes Lake, Ontario. On June 12 1972, he wandered away from his father and three siblings into a wooded area and was never seen again. Extensive searches of the area turned up no possible evidence on his whereabouts.

Date Of Birth: November 4, 1966

Age at Time of Disappearance: 6 years old

Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 91 cm (3'0"); 16 kg (35 lbs)

Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Blonde hair; brown eyes. Slight build.

Marks, Scars: Scar - 2 inches long on forehead - over which eye is unknown.

Clothing: Orange striped shirt, blue jeans, blue nylon Parka jacket, Brown shorts and running shoes.

Circumstances of Disappearance

Adrian McNaughton who lived in Arnprior, was last seen wandering into a wooded area near Calabogie where he had been fishing with his father and three siblings on Holmes Lake — around 100 kilometres west of Ottawa, on June 12, 1972.

An employee at the store told authorities that Parsons purchased potato chips & candy then departed the business...

Witnesses describe a man pushing Parsons into a car...

Investigators identified a former neighbor as a suspect after he first claimed to have witnessed Andrea's abduction...

Then later said Andrea Gail Parsons died accidentally while helping him collect aluminum cans for recycling...

But he never was charged and detectives later focused on a friend who had a history of violence and once claimed he was present when Parsons was killed...

That suspect also had a history of drug abuse ...

The suspect's stories changed so many times it became clear that nothing he said would be enough for charges without another witness or physical evidence to back it up...

No one has been charged in 10 Year Old : Andrea Gail Parsons disappearance & presumed murder...

After coming home from Elvira Elementary the 7 year old spent the afternoon cleaning her room & playing Nintendo...

Karen Rosalba Grajeda then went out roller skating with her sister and her friends in the courtyard of the apartment. ..

At about 18.00, Karen brought her skates home and then went out to play again...

Her mother called her for dinner at 18.30. Karen didn't answer. ..

Her mother then went out to the courtyard to look for her but she was gone..

None of the other children still playing in the courtyard had seen anything...

There were no signs of a struggle no one had heard a scream or seen a stranger in the area...

Karen's mother called the police...

Later, police and scores of volunteers combed the area..

Detectives questioned known child molesters & pedophiles in the area & found no leads...

There were three other little girls from the South side of Tuscon who'd been abducted & molested between July 1993 and May 1994...

The FBI believes these four abductions to be related to Karen's disappearance. ..

7 Year Old Female Shot & Killed At Soccer Practice

(Newser) { Detroit } – Police say the man who shot & killed a 7-year-old Emma Watson Nowling after her soccer practice Thursday in Michigan..

The Killer believed someone was "out to get him" & trying to use "mind control" on him...

Timothy Obeshaw was a family friend of Emma Watson Nowling & her mother Sharon Watson & had been living with them until recently...

All three were at the soccer practice in Taylor before the shooting & things seemed fine..

Obeshaw had been seen at the beginning of the practice embracing the young girl & Emma was embracing him back as if there was no problem...."

After Practice Emma & her mother had just gotten in the car to leave when Obeshaw shot them & then himself..

Both Obeshaw & 7 year old Emma died...

Emma's Mother is in serious condition...

Obeshaw had a valid conceal-carry permit & his gun was registered....

(Newser) – A body found in an overgrown vacant lot on Detroit's east side has been identified as a 13-year-old boy abducted two days ago from a city street..

The Wayne County medical examiner's office says Deontae Mitchell's mother made the identification Thursday afternoon....

An autopsy is scheduled for Friday to determine how he died...

Surveillance video shows Deontae being pursued by a man police believe to be 45-year-old Gregory Walker..

Walker grabbed Mitchell's arm & forced him into a car...

Walker the chief suspect has been arrested in Toledo Ohio...

From grade school--middle school-- & high school their were 10 of us who had our little click...

During the years soon members in our group of friends started to die...

2- Murders--Death Ruled Accidental--over doses--a car accident--until there were only 3 of our click left...

Myself & My Best Friend & his Wife...

My best Friends Wife got a life threatening illness that she fought for 12 years before dying...

Knowing her since we were 10 years old struck a big blow to every fiber of our being..

Then a few years later my best Friend & I was out to dinner with our old little league coach & ex-cop,he looked up & said " You two are the only ones left from the hood dating back to 1966,you two have gone in the right direction--so keep your head-up..

As if it was a warning to take heed of the past know our limitations...Sometimes Fate is Just Fate !!

My best Friend & I who had been in battle several times togather covering each other's back..

Well after my best Friends Wife's death :

The phone calls dwinndled down--visits dwinndled down & even after I moved to New York our twice a year visits dwinndled down to once a year..

It seems our Friendship of seeing each other is too painful for us to bare the memories when we were are all alive & are out & about togather..

It reminds us of the loving Friends we lost & wish things could be back to the way they were..

To me I have learned to live with the things that haunt me in life & they will never be Forgotten..

People Wonder why Mja has to blog attack certain Police Agencies & Detectives & Prosecutors & the Justice System..

People must understand most of our Cases are Cold-Cases & there is no active investigation into about 90 percent of those Cases...

But when Mja gets involved on behalf of the Victims Family you have some Police Agencies say :

That we can be Jailed for interfering with a Police Investigation..

When there is no active Police Investigation..

Mja has even had Police Agencies saying they were going to jail our client--A Victims Family Member...

Police Agencies has even told some of our Clients :

That if they didn't get rid of Mja they were going to put their Loved Ones case back on the shelf & let it collect dust...

Really is that the way you handle the Family of the Victim when all they want is answer's ????

These Police Agencies cant say it didn't happen because we have multiple witnesses..

But yet Mja has been labeled by some Poilce Agencies as " Trouble Makers "...

Its not our fault that when we turn over a Report & that Report leads to the mistakes made by Police during the Investigation...

All we ask :

Is for them to correct as many of the mistakes they can & move forword...

In certain States & Counties they are breaking Federal law concerning The Freedom Of Information Act by not providing the files legally requested when there is No sound reason why they cant..

In certain States & Counties they don't follow Federal Guide-Lines concerning a Death Investigations...

Reading Autopsy Reports where the M.E. would put question marks on the report..

That concerns certain injuries & requested the Investigators contact him...

But the Investigators never contact him..

Because of that 7 out of 10 cases might be ruled as the cause of Death being : Uncertain

Mja is not down on all Law-Enforcement we work with a lot of Police Agencies...

The Things Mja pointed out is because the people involved didn't do their JOB'S & some think they are above the Law..

That's not our fault...

The Police is to " Protect & Serve " & you got some that just don't care...

Mja says stop wasting energy saying your going to take us to Jail or our clients...

In the late 1930's a Home in Tennessee opened up for Orphan's....

The years pasted & sometime in the 1970's the Den-Mother of the Home hooked up with a Judge...

The Judge became the middle-man in getting the Home to become a State Adoption Agency..

Soon the Judge was directing clients to the Home to Adopt a Child & the Judge took care of the legal documents in his court..

This led to the Den-Mother of the Home & the Judge making a Profit by arranging Adoptions...

To keep the income flowing the Judge in his court :

If you were convicted of a Felony & you had Children the Children were taken away & put into the Home..

In a lot of Cases these Children were adopted out..

It has even been said because of the Homes staff later on in the years could have been involved in Kidnapping small Children..

This went on until they were caught in the 1980's & the Tennessee Home was closed..

These People were literally selling children for a profit...

A Pennsylvania Judge was sentenced to 28 years for literally selling children to private prisons for a profit...

Around 4,000 convictions that were issued by the Judge between 2003 & 2008 have been overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court due to his violations of their constitutional rights...

The Offender was sentenced to 37 years...

The petty theft that was turned into a felony was him stealing a 35 cent candy bar...

The Madison County Coroner’s Office has officially ruled the death of 14-year-old Amanda Brinker a homicide..

The lead detective in the case said the girl was struck multiple times in the back of the head with a vehicle’s jack handle...

The Madison Count Prosecutor’s Office has asked for an extra three days to file a formal murder charge against Jesse Lee Pitts, 20, of Anderson...

Pitts, who is being held in the Madison County Jail without bond, made an initial court appearance on Friday, where Madison County Magistrate Stephen Clase read the allegations police laid out in a probable cause affidavit against him...
